Just curious what peoples general feelings on posting of github projects that contain AI generated content? I'm thinking we should at least start commenting if there isn't an [AI] tag on the post, so that a moderator can add it. I'm a little mixed, as I've tended to remove the slop "clone of X" type posts, especially when it's not even mostly JS/TS based. I've also tended to remove poorly written blog posts that are likely AI content as well. I'm not opposed to using AI as part of a development process, but do feel that if it isn't completely curated, it should generally be pointed out in the post. It's usually easy enough as you can see the config/state/prompt markdown file(s) in the project as such. The state of the art is definitely better today than a year or two ago. Been testing Claude Code myself this past week with some impressive results.
