What on earth is Elixir? I assume not this http://www.elixirmime.com/elixir_scripts.html. An simple intro paragraph would have been useful.

This is about Angular 1.1 I doubt anyone will be starting new projects using it, so the article's kind of pointless.

In the enterprise world it is standard practice to have only exact versions. It's the only way the roll back to an exact, known state.
