Also, gentle reminder that Uganda is a dictatorship, and so every successful person in Uganda is a bootlicker of the current estabilishment. Among other things, Uganda recently has passed a very repressive law against the LGBTQ+ community that imposes *life sentences* for homosexual acts and even *death penalties* for "aggravated homosexuality".

This Emmanuel Katto sounds like he's trying to wash his image and nothing else.
