If you are so smart, and have so much time, why is it you cannot create a pull request to add this feature?  No, you act like an entitled, spoiled child.

We have day jobs, and not a lot of free time to add the code needed.  Fabien is a new dad.  Instead of actually reporting the issue, making the suggestion and being patient, you continue to throw a tantrum like a toddler whose parents are completely absent.

You have single-handedly created more spam in the past month, than every single source other than you combined.  When you originally spammed the group, I was on vacation and Fabien (again, new baby) was otherwise occupied.

Unrelated content is completely spam. If you think you are being a hero saving a community by pointing out its flaws you are wrong, your just ruining your reputation on the internet which will just hurt you later on in life.

I am not saving anyone, I didn't care about this community, I still don't, But, I think it's enough, I should leave EchoJS.

If you don't care about this community at least don't try to claim that you are helping us by pointing out flaws in spam reduction.

Abhishek Chaudhary is truly a child. As someone who runs a software company, I would absolutely never hire anyone who engages in this kind of behavior (especially so publicly), and I hope all future employers are made aware of this behavior.

I like to think that at the heart of all this, Abhishek was genuinely trying to point out the potential for spam, but my god what a shitty way to go about it. It's like Abhishek has never heard of responsible disclosure before. It makes him seem like such an immature "hacker" -- by that I mean someone who has recently learned just enough JS to write a spam bot and now thinks they have the right to "take down" a community, instead of working with them to fix the problem.

In any case, I hope this serves as a lesson to Abhishek Chaudhary about being an asshole online (however I am not hopeful in this regard, as there really haven't been any consequences for his actions). I have reported him to GitHub (for his rude comments here: https://github.com/echojs/echojs/issues/12), freeCodeCamp (where he is an "author"), and will continue to report him in any other communities he joins so they will know about his behavior in interacting with the EchoJS community.

It's funny, I have a little bit of a reputation for being blunt and kind of an ass about things.  I'm anti-woke, anti-socialist, pro-libertarian etc, but man, this guy takes the cake.

Note: I did add the part in parens on the title, again I can be a bit of an ass.

It's really kind of funny, all things considered that someone perporting to be anti-spam has created more than every other source combined... and that's after adding, I think well over a hundred entries in the domain blocks and deleting dozens of accounts.

For the most part, most of the spam is actually posted by hand, and one-offs from new accounts, so even then the proposed methods wouldn't do too much, email validation would at least allow for blocking problem email domains, etc. But it's all cat and mouse.  At least people are commenting/discussing on here, about the only good thing to come of this.

Not only that your spamming was childish, the act of creating an issue after the fact to pretend to try to communicate is lousy and childish also.

I don't even agree with the "make a PR" argument, but I guess this is a lesson for yourself to... have reasons for things you do I guess.

I could have easily done this anonymously, the only reason I created that issue was to let the people know, otherwise they would be wondering forever. Though I don't deserve/need any support, supporting EchoJS is equally childish.

I don't give a fuck about this website, (some people do and you bother them). I'm just telling you what you did may have some value to yourself, like a good exercise, but it is of zero value to other people, it's not insightful nor constructive. This website could stay not having spam filter and nobody cares.

Most importantly, next time you want to fix something, tell people BEFORE hand what could be done, and if they don't do what YOU want, then so be it.

I didn't say I did this to help EchoJS, I did it for my benefit, EchoJS can exist without spam filter, and it will get spammed everyday, Users won't care, but they keep crying about it. Such people don't deserve any Sympathy.
